Lalbandi is a beautiful place in the central development region of Nepal. It is located on 27.0583° N, 85.6333° E. Temperature is moderate over here ranging from min. 15 degree Celsius in winter season to 35 degree Celsius max. in summer season. Lalbandi is stretched from Norther Pattharkot VDC (Chure Hill) to Southern Jabdi VDC central Terai. Now the lands are being register under Lalbandi municipality. Lalbandi has diversity of ethnicity as people live here from different group like Brahmins, Chhetri, Newar, Chaudhari (Tharu),Teli, Jha, Yadav, Rai, Limbu, Tamang, Bhote etc. This is the place of rare combination to be found at terai region of Nepal. De to which it has been successful to attract more people form different place of Nepal for settlement. Population and housing has been rapidely growing in this region.

Further, various facilities like Electricity, Road, Campus, School, Hospital, Entertainment facility, has made this place ideal for settlement.
